Utilize a Pneumatic Forklift
You could usually find pneumatic forklifts in warehouses and shipping operations. Also called pallet trucks or pump trucks, they are used in order to transport products and supplies around on wooden pallets using metal forks mounted on a wheeled counterweight. The counterweight has a pump that could raise the forks off the ground. A pallet truck is intended to be operated by one individual.
Pallet trucks should be operated carefully to prevent loss of control while raising heavy loads. Equipment must be inspected prior to operating. Clear the wheels area of any obstructions. Make sure that the handle smoothly turns. The pallet must be stacked carefully in order to guarantee that nothing would fall off during transportation.
To be able to release air in the pump and lower the forks, squeeze the lever found on the inside of the metal loop on the end of the pallet truck's handle. The forks could then be pushed into the slots of the pallet. The forks must be at the center in order to ensure equal distribution of the pallet's weight across them. Raise the forks from the ground by pumping the handle of the pneumatic lift until the pallet has cleared the ground completely. Do not raise the pallet too high or the forklift can unbalance.
Pull on the handle and drag it behind you if you want to move the pallet. It is dangerous to push the pallet in front of you as the momentum could cause it to lose control. Take turns slowly and don't attempt to stop abruptly. Stop slowly, squeeze the lever, and the forks will lower to the ground. Lastly, remove the forks from the pallet by pulling them out. Return the pallet truck to its permanent location.
